The experience is just like walking through an actual on-site model,” Ryan added.In addition, available structural options such as fireplaces, alternate window configurations, and wet and dry bar areas can be “plugged in” to the bird’s eye floorplan view for each home with the click of a mouse, illustrating for the buyer how the option changes the room.

Twin Lakes Sales Center Opening in January

This ground-breaking concept in home shopping will debut at their Twin Lakes Sales Center in Springfield at a Grand Opening celebration in early January 2020. Similar sales centers will follow at Hickory Valley (to serve the Hickory Valley and Lakes at Wild Horse communities) in Springfield and at Shuyler Ridge in Republic, Missouri. In addition, model homes are being built in Hickory Valley and Shuyler Ridge.
