During the COVID-19 pandemic when schools and daycares shuttered their doors, we didn’t flinch when inviting our employees to bring their children to work with them. It was a win-win for everyone – bored kids had other kids to play with, and parents were worry-free knowing their children were safe and nearby.

We prioritize camaraderie – and have fun doing it.
In fact, our full-time events coordinator, Carissa Bedford, is often referred to as the “director of fun”. One of her most important responsibilities is to foster teamwork and build camaraderie within the office. She accomplishes this by organizing creative team outings, hosting games and competitions between colleagues, and offering unmatched workplace perks. A great example of this is the delicious catered lunch held every Friday for all employees to enjoy together. Team building-events like scavenger hunts, bingo, brewery tours and chili cook-offs were also huge hits among the staff.
