After spending a year in Africa, the family knew they wanted to settle in the Ozark-Springfield area, close to Mrs. Ferguson’s family. They wanted a place where their children could grow up surrounded by cousins and loved ones.

The Fergusons’ search led them to explore various neighborhoods and houses. It was during a visit to Mrs. Ferguson’s sister’s home that they found what they were looking for.
“I just remember visiting Maxie’s sister’s house,” Mr. Ferguson recalls. “I was like, ‘This is what we need, Maxie. If we want a new build, this is where we want to be.'”
Excited by the possibility, they reached out to Trendsetter Homes. To their delight, a house was available, and the timing couldn’t have been more perfect.

One of the most remarkable aspects of the Fergusons’ experience was how smoothly everything fell into place. Mr. Ferguson shares, “The timing just met perfectly for me coming home in November. This house would be finished on November 29th, I believe it was. It just seemed too good to be true.”
