Yes, our preferred lender is Community Mortgage Brokers. We have a close relationship with them and trust them to take great care of our Buyers.

We currently have communities located in Nixa, MO and Republic, MO.
What are your model home hours?
Our model homes are open on Monday from 1-6 PM, Thursday-Friday from 10 AM-6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM-5 PM, and Sunday from 12 PM-5 PM

Our Cheyenne Valley model home is located at 200 Great Plains St. Nixa, MO 65714.

Do the communities you build in offer any amenities?
Our Cheyenne Valley community in Nixa has a community pool, pool house and playground.
What happens if I still have to sell my home?
No problem, we offer a home-to-sell contingency so that you can make sure you sell your current home before buying a new Trendsetter home.
What are your warranties?
We offer a 1-year builder warranty as well as a 10-year warranty through RWC.
Do I need a real estate agent?
No, you are not required to have a real estate agent to purchase a home from us. Our Community Managers will guide you through our Seamless Path to New Home Ownership and answer any questions you have along the way.
Do you offer upgrades?
Yes! We have various personal selections that can be added to your home. The available selections include granite and quartz countertops, various flooring options, appliances, and more. The available selections are dependent on the completion stage of the home.

The HOA fee in our Cheyenne Valley community is currently $300/year.

How long until I am able to move in?
We have homes that can be occupied in as little as 30 days or less as well as homes in all different stages of the construction process. Our Community Managers can help you find a home that best suits the time frame you are looking to move within.
